KS1 Diwali Day

As part of the SMSC and RE curriculum KS1 celebrated the festival of Diwali.

We did lots of activities including: learning the story of Rama and Sita, learning about why Diwali is the Festival of Light, making coconut barfi and making Diwali cards. 

Harvest Festival

 

Each year group contributed towards our Harvest Festival assembly

 

 We welcomed Reverend Mark and school Governors to the Harvest Festival

All the food donations were donated to the Food Bank
