Creative Curriculum

At Gomersal Primary School we believe in nurturing curiosity and creativity through a heritage rich curriculum. Our creative approaches to teaching are embedded throughout the curriculum and enable children to learn about a variety of subjects in a range of ways.

 We have two SCRAP sheds within our grounds. Children can access materials to construct sculptures and engineer structures for different purposes. They're great for team building activities too.

 Our children have been taking part in the Yorkshire Schools Dance Festival in recent years. We are looking forward to being part of this festival again in 2023 where we perform in front of over 1300 people.

 We have a large number of children who are learning how to play musical instruments. Their talents are showcased regularly within school.
